The Whopper Jr. is relatively low in sodium compared to the other offerings available at Burger King. It comes in at 390mg of sodium, but, it does contains 13g of protein, which is just shy of 10 percent of its total weight! It does have one drawback that other offerings do not, it accounts for 25 percent of your daily Trans Fat intake limit. Like many other items it also lacks any substantial amount of dietary fiber. Look to supplement your fiber intake elsewhere.
